SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the parcel weight (items + packaging) and the shipping zone.
You can pick between two kind of shipping methods, tracked and untracked. Tracked parcels are insured up to a certain amount. Please note: there is nothing we can do once we ship the package so pick untracked shipping at your own risk.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time will depend on the destination country. Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. You can monitor your package progress by picking the tracked shipping method.
RETURN POLICY

Once we ship the package, we no longer have control over it. We cannot be held responsible if it gets stolen, lost or if there are delays.
If you have issues with our products upon receiving the parcel, contact us so we can find a solution. You can do so by replying directly to your order confirmation email.
If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, contact us so we can cancel the order and and give you a refund.
If you change your mind you can return a product within 7 days after receiving the order. You will return the package at your own expenses and we will give you a refund for the item as soon as we receive it.
Regarding Cursed Ritual Records productions: we cannot be held accountable for sales made with our distributors. Please contact the seller from which you bought the copy for reclamations.
